Self-Assessment sheet used for Mission Impossible lessons but has not been written and designed for that topic so can be used very easily with other topics.
Colour co-ordinated flight task cards (Red hardest to green the easiest). Idea is to laminated and put into flip cards. Working towards students only have green, achieving have all the green with the ambers at the back and the working beyond have all the jumps. Pupils can progress to a different pack if ready to do so.

Double sided resource sheets that shows how to perform the hop into the step and the reverse side shows how to perform the hop into the step into the jump. Very visual resource.
Worksheet where pupils can record their results of the 30m sprint test and the handgrip dynamometer test in the table.
Worksheet also includes boxes for pupils to fill out the advantages and disadvatages of each test and blank flow charts for each test with the blanks at the bottom for the pupils to put in the correct order for each of the tests.
10 Different cards with three different levels on each cards. Pupils choose either the 1st, 2nd or 3rd group on each level of the pyramid (complete one set and rep from each level of the pyramid = three). Once complete, pupils swap for a different exercise.
This worked really well with my year 9 group.
Nandos Sets and Reps card. As the level of ‘spice’ increases, so does the difficulty. Pupils choose a level to start on and must complete all five exercises on that level before progress up.
